The role involves graphic design, digital print production/bindery, and customer service, requiring strong graphics and layout skills.

Responsibilities

Customer service: assisting and consulting with clients about their projects in person, on the phone, and via email

Operating copiers/printers and finishing equipment - including cutting flyers & business cards, binding books, folding brochures, padding notepads, etc

Working with relevant design related programs, including Adobe InDesign (required), Illustrator and Photoshop

Designing and troubleshooting files for print (Bleed, Crop Marks, and Imposition)

Required

1 year of Production Design or Print Production is required

Strong graphics & layout skills

Ability to work independently and be able to multi-task/handle several client jobs at the same time

Experience with Adobe InDesign (required), Illustrator and Photoshop
