Hire-Agency is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant II for Incite Tax, a company dedicated to helping small business owners optimize their tax strategies. The role involves preparing and reviewing tax returns, advising clients on tax-saving opportunities, and mentoring junior accountants, all while promoting a balanced work culture.

Responsibilities

Prepare & Review Returns: Handle individual and business tax returns with accuracy and confidence

Advise Clients: Identify tax-saving opportunities, recommend proactive strategies, and communicate with clients clearly and consistently

Lead & Mentor: Support and guide junior tax accountants, conduct peer reviews, and share feedback to strengthen team performance

Peak Season Performance: Reviewing 25-30 returns per week during peak season and 15 in off season (depending on position level) while maintaining quality and efficiency

Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with fellow senior accountants to ensure consistent, high-quality results and efficient processes

Stay Current: Keep up to date with tax law changes and compliance requirements to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients

Grow with Us: Participate in ongoing training and contribute ideas that improve our tax systems and client experience
