Responsibilities

Execute trades in the Asian markets during local market hours. Gain proficiency across products including, but not limited to: Equities, Futures (all asset classes), FX, Rates, etc

Cultivate strong relationships with counterparties to improve execution quality, monitor developments in market structure and liquidity, and drive relevant enhancements

Collaborate with strategy research and portfolio management teams to identify information relevant to trading strategies and risk management

Assist in the design, specification, and development of trading and liquidity analytics, O/EMS features, and critical trading tools

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related quantitative field with a passion for markets

3+ years of buy-side or sell-side trading experience; all asset class backgrounds considered, though a strong desire to learn and expand coverage is essential

Proficiency in Python required

Superior Excel skills required

Familiarity with the nuances of international market structure and regulations

Experience in OTC and/or electronic markets

Experience handling large data sets and applied statistical analysis

Hard-working and eager to learn in a highly intellectual and collaborative environment

Well-organized and detail-oriented

Able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong oral and written communication abilities

Preferred

Prior experience building data visualization tools or tableau dashboards
