Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth technical discovery to map customer workflows, pain points, and success criteria
Design and deliver demos, prototypes, and proof-of-value experiences that connect platform capabilities to measurable ROI
Act as the technical thought partner for Account Executives by shaping deal strategy, objection handling, and solution positioning
Clarify complex concepts for executive, technical, and operations audiences
Implement and configure tailored solutions in customer environments using APIs, integrations, dashboards, and data pipelines
Debug, optimize, and refine deployments based on real-time customer feedback
Build automation, connectors, or lightweight scripts as needed to accelerate validation
Ensure seamless knowledge transfer into post-sales teams to support ongoing success
Identify recurring patterns, blockers, and emerging enterprise use cases across customer engagements
Communicate insights to product and engineering teams to refine roadmap direction
Build reusable demo assets, configuration templates, and playbooks to reduce future sales cycle friction
Represent the voice of the customer internally while maintaining a strong commercial orientation
Qualification
Required

Preferred
4-15 years in forward-deployed engineering, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting supporting enterprise SaaS, AI, analytics, or data-driven platforms
Strong fluency across full-stack, data engineering, infrastructure, or cloud architectures able to speak confidently with CTOs and engineering teams
Demonstrated success designing and delivering proofs of value that result in closed-won deals
Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
APIs and integrations
Modern data workflows, ETL, pipelines
Dashboards, BI tooling, or analytics systems
Strong competitive drive and the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
Exceptional communication skills able to simplify complexity without losing depth
Comfort operating in dynamic, ambiguous, startup-like conditions with evolving processes
Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements
Familiarity with AI/LLM-driven products, MLOps, or workflow automation
