The Sr. Finance Business Partner will serve as a key liaison between the FP&A and BI team and the Marketing organization, providing strategic financial guidance and analytical support to drive data-informed decisions across brand strategy and commercial planning.

Responsibilities

Partner with Marketing leadership and FP&A and BI team to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans aligned with strategic objectives
Deliver actionable insights through financial modeling, ROI analysis, and performance dashboards for marketing initiatives
Partner with FP&A on monthly business reviews and variance analyses, translating financial results into strategic recommendations
Prepares valuation models and monthly key performance indicators
Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, FP&A and BI Analysts to ensure alignment on KPIs and business drivers
Support product launches and market development strategies with scenario planning and investment analysis
Develop and maintain marketing spend tracking tools and ensure compliance with financial policies
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within financial and analytical workflows
Ad hoc reporting as needed

Qualification

FP&AFinancial modelingData visualizationExcelStakeholder managementAnalytical skillsLife sciences experienceCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, or strategic finance, preferably supporting Marketing or Commercial functions
Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree
Experience in life sciences, medical device, or healthcare industry
