2026 Junior Video Producer
Boston Red Sox and Fenway Sports Management is seeking a Junior Video Producer for the 2026 season. This role is responsible for creating and producing dynamic content for social media platforms and video boards at Fenway Park, as well as capturing footage from various events.

Responsibilities
Capture footage of organizational events inside and outside the ballpark, as assigned, including capturing game-action
Collaborate with the Red Sox Productions staff on a range of projects — including video board features and other creative content — to enhance the overall fan experience throughout the season
Independently produce both long and short form videos for distribution across multiple platforms
Label, tag, and properly organize all assets captured and utilized
Pitch, shoot, edit, and produce a long-form video project of their choice by the end of the position to finish with a well-rounded portfolio
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Extensive working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop) and Apple computers
Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, oftentimes editing multiple projects at once with varied deadlines, including long-term projects that require constant updates
Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the season including all Red Sox games at Fenway Park
Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays as needed throughout the season
Preferred
degree in TV Production, Film, Broadcast Journalism, or relevant field
Passion for and knowledge of the game of baseball
