ETF Service and Support - Officer
State Street is a global financial services provider that helps institutional investors manage risk and drive performance. The ETF Service and Support Officer will engage with stakeholders, manage product changes, and contribute to the technical roadmap for ETF services.

Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate the requirement gathering, design, and implementation of strategic technical and operational initiatives
Assist clients with onboarding new ETFs, manage product and regulatory change
Design and implement efficient, low-risk operating models for ETF servicing
Work along side ETF Operations, settlements, IT and product as well as other GD teams
Qualification
Required
Intermediate understanding of the ETF Product
Excellent understanding of process and controls
Ability to document and present information clearly and concisely
Advanced project management skills
Advanced business analysis skills
Ability to create/contribute/review business requirements for enhancements to ETFGP, Fund Connect, and any other ETF related integrations
Ability to clearly, confidently, and concisely communicate with internal and external partners
Demonstrating ETF skill set and driving confidence in abilities
