Responsibilities

Oversee commercial plumbing scopes on ground-up construction projects
Manage project budgets, schedules, change orders, materials, and subcontractors
Work closely with general contractors, field leaders, and trade partners to ensure high-quality installations
Lead project kickoff meetings, coordinate manpower, and monitor jobsite progress
Maintain safety standards, documentation, and compliance requirements
Build strong relationships with clients and represent our company professionally on every project

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in construction design, finance, and project management
Strong knowledge of piping systems, code requirements, submittals, and project sequencing
Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and project documents
Solid communication and leadership skills - comfortable working with field teams and GCs
Proven track record managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation
