The Sr. IT ERP System Administrator position is responsible for supporting the ERP system user community, troubleshooting issues, training users, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to end-users and conduct training sessions to ensure effective system utilization
Oversee daily operations, participate in implementing system updates, and manages user access and security within the ERP platform
Identify opportunities to improve business workflows and streamline operations through efficient use of the ERP system
Applying best IT system admin practice, ensures the accuracy, security, and consistency of data within the ERP system
Well manage data imports and reporting within or using other tools (i.e. Power BI)
Work with different Departments to understand their requirements and translate them into system configurations and solutions plans
Diagnose and resolve system issues to maintain operational continuity and performance

Qualification

IFS ERPSQLDatabase managementData analysisIT experience in semiconductorBusiness process understandingCommunication

Required

BSc in Computer Science or a related discipline
5 to 10 years of hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or other applications in finance, manufacturing, or distribution
Strong understanding of business processes (finance, CRM, supply chain, etc.) supported by ERP systems
Experience with database management, data analysis, and scripting or system integration
Proficiency in SQL is required, along with working knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively support users and collaborate with stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with IFS ERP is a plus
IT experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
