Semiconductor Equipment Engineer- 5th shift
Raytheon is a leading company committed to helping the nation and allies defend freedoms. They are hiring a Semiconductor Equipment Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair semiconductor processing equipment in a cleanroom environment, specializing in photolithography and metrology toolsets.
Responsibilities
Document equipment related issues
Ability to diagnosis system issues based on experience and technical manuals
Able to quickly tirage down equipment and make repairs based on needs and urgency
Requires support of emergency response team (ERT)
Qualification
Required
Typically require a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
Experience maintaining, troubleshooting and/or repairing semiconductor manufacturing equipment
Preferred
Familiar with SEMI 10 semiconductor standards
Read and understand equipment manuals and schematics
Must have a fundamental understanding of SPC controls with the ability to implement SPC control plans on existing equipment and new equipment installations
Able to document work and provide detailed pass down's
Able to document relevant work instructions for preventative maintenance program
Experience with predictive maintenance and SPC controls using FDC software
Related experience as a hand-on Equipment Maintenance Technician/ Engineer maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing semiconductor manufacturing equipment or military equipment
Self-starter able to work independently as well as work in groups while leading a team
Ability to pull and analyze tool data
Proficient use of MS Office products
