Responsibilities

Support the Omnichannel Digital Management group and align client objectives with strategic initiatives
Work closely with clients and internal teams to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships
Ensure seamless execution across digital and traditional channels
Serve as the primary liaison balancing client expectations with company goals
Proactively identify opportunities to expand distribution and increase market share
Work closely with internal associates such as Customer Managers and order entry, claims, category management, schematics, and retail associates to increase sales volume within a market
Service multiple clients’ goals encompassing customer and client relations and implementation

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in MarketingSales experienceClient services experienceRetail experienceManage prioritiesCommunication skillsRelationship-building skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing (or related field) required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously

Preferred

Experience in sales, retail, or client services preferred
