Sales & Growth Leader – Commercial Facilities Services
Eco Logic Ltd is a commercial facilities services company with a focus on growth and stability. They are seeking an entrepreneurial Sales & Growth Leader to drive business development in the commercial real estate and facility management sectors, with responsibilities that include building relationships and executing growth strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead business development activities targeting Class A & B office assets anmd our other markets
Build and manage relationships with facility directors, property managers, and corporate real estate stakeholders
Identify and close contracted service opportunities
Develop and execute regional growth strategies
Represent the company within the commercial real estate and facilities community
Work directly with owner and operations leadership during transition
Wear multiple hats in a small, entrepreneurial environment
Qualification
Required
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take calculated risks
Experience selling commercial or facility services strongly preferred
Existing relationships within property management or commercial real estate is a major plus
Proven ability to build long-term client relationships
Comfortable working in a hands-on, outcome-driven role
Motivated by upside, ownership and meaningful career path
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
