Bilingual Installation and Customer Service Support Specialist
Viaero Wireless is seeking a Bilingual Installation and Customer Service Support Specialist to enhance their customer care team. The role involves scheduling tech visits, supporting installation technicians, and providing one-call resolutions to customer inquiries, while also offering feedback to improve service efficiency.

Responsibilities
Plan daily installation schedule
Troubleshooting, resolving problems and identifying solutions
Document service and installation actions by following up on tickets, selling equipment, providing reports, logs, and records
Assist Installation team by providing requested customer information and support
Explain and change rate plans, features, services, promotions, and usage
Assist customers who have questions about their bill, or who are having issues with their billing
Add or change existing products/plans/features/services for customers (Opportunity to earn bonuses)
Handle customer concerns and requests for general information
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English
Outstanding verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Highly detail oriented showing a critical degree of accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
A pleasant phone voice and excellent phone etiquette
The ability to learn about our plans, services, and technical features of our products
Fantastic, demonstrated customer service skills
Preferred
Sales ability is a definite plus!
