Responsibilities
Learn to perform probabilistic risk assessments (PRA) and engineering analyses
Develop technical documentation to support the safe operation of nuclear power plants
Demonstrate a solid grasp of engineering fundamentals
Assert a self-starting attitude and drive for results
Adapt quickly to learning new concepts and methodologies
Apply an analytical mindset to problem-solving
Pay meticulous attention to detail in all tasks
Deliver clear and concise oral and written presentations as a consultant
Qualification
Required
BS or MS in Mechanical, Nuclear, Electrical, Chemical, or other related field
Excellent communication skills
US Citizenship or Green card holder required
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Access database tools to track/analyze data in support of various risk analysis tasks
Preferred
Prior experience with nuclear technology (e.g., United States Navy Nuclear Program) is a plus
MathCAD/Python/programming experience a plus
