Responsibilities
Promote, Plan, Scheduling and manage all the programs at the Kao salon academy ensuring Kao academy standards for the ultimate experience in advanced education
Create Social Media content to drive awareness and ticket sales of Academy programs
Manage salon academy budget
Manage a team of 2 academy employees
Collaborate with the Academy Experience Manager for the Global Salon Awards judging and training of finalists for competition in the Global event
Manage the Kao Salon Academy registration site and maintain content for accuracy and maintain image standards
Qualification
Required
Certified and licensed by the State Board of Cosmetic Art as a cosmetologist
5 years' experience managing building/vendor relationships
5 years' experience managing employees, contractors and memorable customer experiences
Previous experience in a comparable education role and/or experience making group presentations
