Responsibilities
Lead monthly business reviews ensuring content quality through collaboration with platform and service owners
Manage monthly headcount forecasting, reconciliation, and planning, maintaining historical data and providing insights on trends
Oversee travel and expense management, including planning and budget oversight
Drive portfolio and resource management activities, including ownership of relevant tools
Conduct root cause analysis on organizational effectiveness, recommend solutions, and partner with leadership on remediation
Lead people development initiatives, supporting team growth and professional development
Collaborate with communications to ensure effective messaging and develop Town Hall materials
Serve as backup to the Chief of Staff, supporting GMs and product line leadership as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a strategy, chief of staff, or project management function in a large organization
Outcome-driven, with a focus on metrics, accountability, and delivering measurable results
Skilled at translating complexity into clarity for diverse audiences, from engineers to executives
Effective at breaking silos and unblocking execution to drive team efficiency and collaboration
Highly organized and detail-oriented; adept at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Intellectually curious, entrepreneurial, and results-driven
Excellent writing skills, with the ability to storyboard and develop visually compelling presentations
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
Experience in large-scale technology functions
Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data and AI tools for decision-making
Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapt to changing priorities
