Plymouth Rock Assurance is a leading insurance provider in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic regions. They are seeking a Receptionist & Administrative Support Associate who will deliver exceptional service to clients and support the Customer Contact Service department.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service by addressing client concerns, researching solutions, and taking ownership through to resolution

Manage the operation of the switchboard and appropriately direct incoming calls

Perform daily administrative tasks including document indexing, tracking and sorting subpoenas, coordinating department celebrations, and assisting with high-priority projects

Train team members who will provide backup support for reception responsibilities

Support customer inquiries by consistently identifying and executing “Yes” opportunities during each interaction

Demonstrate schedule flexibility to provide coverage during unforeseen gaps, including support for executive staff during absences

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong research, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
