The Content & Partnerships Intern will assist in marketing and communications, community engagement, and partnership support to help elevate the company's mission and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

Assist with drafting and organizing content for social, newsletters, and patient education

Help coordinate assets, timelines, and project details across internal and external teams

Support light copywriting, research, and message organization

Monitor Reddit, Quora, and other IVF/TTC communities to identify where Sunfish should show up

Draft thoughtful, supportive responses that match Sunfish’s tone and guidelines (no medical advice)

Surface trending questions, fears, and topics to inform messaging, content, GEO, and FAQs Explore opportunities to engage in new or emerging fertility communities

Help identify clinicians, and partners for future collaborations

Draft outreach messages and track engagement

Assist with coordination of deliverables and timelines

Help prepare marketing materials for clinic partners (flyers, updates, simple assets)

Assist with light website audits and placement checks

Organize partner collateral and track basic performance metrics

Assist with logistics for webinars, community events, and clinic activations

Support prep work (run-of-show, assets, light follow-up)

Help organize content libraries and shared resources

Support weekly tracking and summarizing of simple performance metrics

Keep project calendars and deliverables up to date
