Head of Strategic Partnerships - GlobalLINK, Managing Director

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential partners across GlobalLINK, including Fixed Income, FX, ETFs and Transaction Cost Analysis
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective partners to drive ROI
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define partnership strategies aligned with GlobalLINK’s objectives
Lead onboarding, negotiations, and manage agreements to completion
Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
High level of professionalism and integrity
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proven ability to manage complex relationships and deliver measurable results within the financial services technology sector

Preferred

MBA preferred
Experience with Order Management Systems, Treasury Management Systems, Foreign Exchange Execution Venues, Money Fund Portals, Transaction Cost Analysis providers is preferred
Experience in financial technology sales, specifically relating to foreign exchange, money markets, ETFs is preferred
