Responsibilities
The Procurement Analyst serves as a primary interface from Global procurement for designated Tariff Mitigation and Supplier Risks projects
This associate has direct accountability for the execution, quality and results for the assigned projects
Ensures business needs are integrated into leveraged category spend with clear value proposition for the assigned business to execute on tactical sourcing
Engages Business, Operations and project team stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution
Works collaboratively with global category managers and procurement managers in driving leveraged commercial engagements and value
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to close gaps, which may be related to supplier, processes or related commercial issues
Responsible for developing, quantifying and evaluating the transformation of internal and external information into business intelligence to support the strategic objectives of the procurement organization and drive operational excellence
Overall management and delivery of savings and value through implementation of category projects and strategies for the assigned projects
Lead and drive all procurement activities related to AAD tariff mitigation projects
Represents Procurement and is point contact in the Tariff Project team
E2E sourcing execution to improve financial position through cost savings, cost avoidance and non-price value opportunities
Drive supplier risk mitigation project to minimize backorder and improve OTIF (on-time and in full delivery)
Qualification
Required
US Citizens or GC Holders or GC EAD or OPT or EAD or CPT
Experience in procurement and sourcing activities
Ability to manage and deliver savings and value through implementation of category projects and strategies
Experience in tariff mitigation and supplier risk projects
Strong collaboration skills to engage with Business, Operations, and project team stakeholders
Ability to identify gaps and propose changes related to suppliers, processes, or commercial issues
Experience in developing and evaluating business intelligence to support strategic objectives
Strong analytical skills to drive operational excellence
Ability to execute end-to-end sourcing to improve financial position
