Responsibilities
Work closely with the SVP of Revenue to bring on new business
Partner with our Product Managers to drive custom solutions for prospects
Perform outreach through our network and initiate conversations with enterprise prospects
Attend industry events and build relationships through client entertainment
Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential clients
Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the vertical you own
Listen to the needs of the market and share with product and marketing teams
Leverage your skills and your customers’ experience to continually evolve our product and the sales process
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of experience in new business development
Experience with enterprise sales cycles and in a startup environment
"Whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance
Self-starter who is invested in the success of the team
Ability to travel monthly for in person meetings, entertainment, and industry events is required
Bachelor's degree
A great communicator – you possess the excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
A multi-tasker – you can manage multiple priorities and set frameworks for how to execute them effectively within their deadlines
A problem-solver - you can quickly get to expert status in new areas, understand what's most important and solve problems
A process driver - you can pickup complex systems and design repeatable solutions
A self starter - are able to work in an ambiguous environment and create a repeatable process
