Responsibilities
Prepare individual, fiduciary, gift and business tax returns
Assist with tax and consulting engagements and enhance skills allowing you to identify and address client needs, tax planning, and consulting opportunities
Prepare quarterly and year-end tax projections
Strategize with partners and the client engagement teams on tax planning
Works directly with clients and their advisors to gather information needed to prepare tax returns
Maintains communication with clients even after the work is complete to ensure quality service and maintain a relationship for future work
Qualification
Required
5-7+ years of relevant tax experience in a tax advisory or CPA firm
Strong knowledge of tax planning strategies and compliance in all areas of individual tax including but not limited to income tax, gift tax, and trust and estate tax matters
Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to represent the Firm well to client's management
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, and strong attention to detail
