They are seeking an energetic and creative individual to supervise the After-School team, responsible for day-to-day program operations, youth programming, and ensuring funder expectations are met.

Responsibilities
Supervising Prevention Specialists
Recruiting and engaging youth
Supporting parent engagement
Planning and executing special events
Assisting with staff training
Conducting weekly supervisions
Completing documentation and other tasks as assigned by the Program Manager
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license with insurance
Excellent engagement skills and ability to redirect youth, facilitate activities, multitask, and meet deadlines
Strong youth development skills, including motivating and challenging students
Ability to create and maintain a warm, structured, and orderly program environment, including enforcing behavior expectations
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational and program management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with youth and parents
Ability to work collaboratively as a positive, professional team member
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of staff supervision experience preferred
