Responsibilities

Join virtual meetings promptly between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST as scheduled for a part-time shift

Accurately transcribe live meetings in real-time using stenography or advanced typing skills

Capture meeting content as directed by the meeting lead, which may include:

Verbatim transcripts - Word-for-word documentation including actions and gestures

Meeting summaries - Concise overviews of key discussion points and decisions

Deliver correct, clear, and professionally formatted transcripts within 24-hour turnaround from meeting completion

Proofread and edit transcripts for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and clarity

Ensure all transcripts meet quality standards and project specifications

Maintain high attention to detail throughout the transcription process

Verify accuracy of names, technical terms, and specialized vocabulary

Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive meeting content

Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
