Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, GL, payroll, and financial reporting

Manage cost-related functions such as job costing, WIP, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition

Lead month-end and year-end close processes while maintaining standardized systems and controls

Ensure compliance with audits, federal/state regulations, and internal control frameworks

Develop budgets, metrics, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making

Lead, develop, and guide accounting staff while driving process improvements and organizational change
