Responsibilities

Creates job descriptions, posts ads, sources candidates, and conducts phone screenings

Schedules and facilitates interviews, including final rounds with upper management

Performs reference checks, negotiates offers, and manages offer letters

Maintains timely communication with all applicants

Manages a high volume of requisitions and tracks all open and upcoming vacancies

Partners with hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective hiring strategies

Coaches managers on interviewing best practices and builds strong relationships with candidates and teams

Develops recruitment strategies and identifies process improvements; stays current on industry trends

Ensures a world-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Prepares recruiting reports and data for supervisors and the Executive team
