Responsibilities

Oversee appraisal processes
Manage environmental due diligence
Provide critical support for complex collateral issues
Ensure sound lending decisions and regulatory compliance
Management and oversight of commercial and residential appraisal processes
Providing support as a reviewer and escalation point of contact for complex appraisal issues
Overseeing environmental due diligence ensuring proper risk assessment and mitigation
Performing internal CRE and non-CRE evaluations
Managing construction loan administration
Managing flood hazard coverage and determination processes

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Seven (7) years experience in commercial and residential real estate appraisal work
Environmental due diligence experience
Appraisal or appraisal review experience
Wisconsin and/or Minnesota Certified Residential or General Appraisal License
This position requires regular travel within Royal Credit Union's geographic footprint

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree or the Equivalent in Experience in Economics, Finance, Business Administration
Experience with Fiserv DNA and/or Abrigo Sageworks CLOS software
