Support 2-3 attorneys

Draft reports, correspondence, subpoenas, and other legal documents

Maintain billable hour requirements

Conduct legal, factual, and records research under attorney direction

Organize, analyze, and validate case information and documentation

Manage case files, including indexing and Bates labeling

Assist attorneys with hearing preparation

Coordinate with witnesses, experts, clients, and opposing counsel as directed

Qualification

Required

3+ years of paralegal experience working for a professional law firm
