Responsibilities
Provide front-line IT support, including password resets, software installations, and troubleshooting
Assist with onboarding new hires by setting up technology and equipment
Support larger IT projects to understand how the help desk contributes to bank operations
Qualification
Required
Current full-time student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program
Degree emphasis in Computer Science or related field
Expected graduation date of May 2027 or May 2028
Preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset and team player
Willingness to learn new IT tools and processes
