Responsibilities

Lead roadway/highway design tasks, including alignments, profiles, corridor modeling, drainage, and traffic control

Prepare plans, specifications, and estimates in compliance with PennDOT and PTC standards

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to support project execution

Mentor junior staff and review design work for quality

Collaborate across disciplines for integrated solutions

Contribute to design checks, QA/QC, and proposal support
