Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of modernized IT systems supporting SNAP and TANF

Oversee system integration, technical planning, and full SDLC activities for modernization projects

Coordinate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and federal partners

Ensure compliance with federal APD requirements and established security standards

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and third-party vendors

Mentor analysts and developers; promote adherence to architectural best practices

Develop user stories, workflow diagrams, specifications, and system documentation

Assist in test case design, review process change requests, and manage requirements and scope
