Responsibilities
Dispatch employees to assigned jobs with the proper equipment
Supervise the assigning of dates, times, and resources for the scheduling of new projects
Provide training of STS policies and procedures to team members
Monitor and submit employee hours for payroll purposes
Identify high performing employees for promotions and internal job opportunity advancements
Prioritize safe work practices by distributing personal protective equipment (PPE) and verbally reinforce safety standards
Assist with any other tasks as determined by the Area manager
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent GED
3-5 years of experience in managing employees and projects
Ability to use advanced critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks and confirm completion
Acute attention to detail
Excellent professional communication skills (written and oral)
Ability to maintain composure under pressure
Management: 4 years
Microsoft Suite: 4 years
Preferred
Experience in the traffic control industry
