AMI Paris is looking for a Full-Time Client Advisor to join their team in New York. This role involves developing sales and building customer loyalty through exceptional customer service, stock management, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers in the AMI spirit: friendly, smiling, and always in a positive mood
Listen and identify the needs of customers through your customer service skills
Build customer loyalty by creating trusting relationships
Achieve personal and team sales goals
Follow-up and management of the stock (reception of goods, rotating inventories, rebalancing requests, etc)
Provide product feedback to improve inventory levels
Ensure the store is well maintained in general: presentation of products, cleanliness, maintenance of the premises
Active participation in the implementation and rotation of the VM store

Qualification

Luxury goods salesCustomer serviceFashion knowledgeInterpersonal skillsSecond language

Required

You have 2+ years of experience in the sale of luxury and/or designer goods
You are positive, dynamic, involved and have excellent interpersonal skills
You have a strong sense of customer service and are committed to satisfying your customers' needs
You have a strong sensitivity for fashion and knowledge of the sector and its trends

Preferred

Second language is a plus!
