Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management
Partner on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development to ensure long-term talent readiness
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, and performance management
Interpret and apply HR policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, employee changes, and leave management
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align staffing plans with business objectives and ensure timely fulfillment of workforce needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role
Proven experience in coaching, influencing, and building relationships with leaders at all levels
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Preferred
Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
