Responsibilities

Leads the development of the company’s financial plans and budgets, ensuring broad alignment of outcomes and strategic goals. This includes creating the annual business plan, periodic reforecasts and long-term financial models

Leads the development of performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics and define & drive operational efficiencies

Works closely with the executive team to build consistent analysis for potential strategic initiatives, ensuring that financial considerations are embedded in all critical business decisions

Builds and presents monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in internal, executive & board level meetings

Owns financial reporting to external customers and partners

Manages non-financial reporting and analysis, including monthly KPIs and commission reporting across business segments

Work with functional leads to establish annual budget and track actual performance relative to the budget

Work with cross-functional partners to track costs and benefits of core business initiatives

Build and mentor a high-performing finance team capable of scaling with & driving sound financial decisions across the business
