Human Resources Business Partner - Corporate Office

Responsibilities
Proactively consults with regional leadership and branch management to provide HR guidance on maximizing business performance and achieving strategic goals
Provides critical guidance and input on organizational restructures, capacity planning, and succession planning to ensure long-term talent readiness
Drives a high-performance culture by providing coaching and day-to-day guidance on performance management frameworks, leadership development, and disciplinary actions
Analyzes workforce trends, metrics, and data in partnership with operations and COEs (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to develop integrated, data-driven solutions and policies
Manages and resolves complex associate relations issues, may participate in investigations, and maintains deep subject matter expertise in labor law to proactively reduce legal risk and ensure regulatory compliance
Partners with management and associates to enhance work relationships, build morale, and increase associate engagement and retention through targeted initiatives
Leads the identification, evaluation, and implementation of strategic training and development programs designed to close critical skill gaps
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with significant experience leading projects, driving transformation and change, resolving complex associate relations issues and driving HR initiatives
Proven experience working as an HRBP within a large, multi-location organization with a focus on business impact
Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including benefits, compensation practices, talent management organizational development, associate and labor relations, diversity and inclusion, and employment law
Demonstrated ability to work in a hands-on, team-driven environment and adapt quickly to organizational growth and change
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
8 years
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, required
