ZeroFox is on a mission to make the internet safer for all, and they are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes. This role will involve performing financial analysis, preparing reports, conducting forecasting, and collaborating with teams to drive business performance.

Responsibilities

Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning, to support strategic decision-making

Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to senior management and stakeholders

Conduct comprehensive financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning exercises

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and evaluate business initiatives, investments, and acquisitions

Analyze key financial metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to drive business performance and profitability

Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas of improvement and potential risks

Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for executive leadership and board meetings

Support the annual audit process by preparing schedules, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by the Finance Manager, VP FP&A or CFO

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years experience working in finance, accounting or related role

Strong understanding of financial concepts, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Proficient in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel)

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights and recommendations

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders

Strong work ethic, competitive 'team first' mentality, and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred

Preferably in a software or recurring revenue business (but not required)

Netsuite, Spiff are a plus
