Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of land development activities

Be the team leader

Accountable for all day-to-day operations

Site planning and design

Entitlement project management

The creation of development schedules and budgets

Review and approval of corporate documents

Creating and managing a talented team of high achievers

Ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables like feasibility studies and land development budgets

Providing key communication to stakeholders

Managing contractor and consultant relationships

Building relationships with appropriate municipalities

Required

Residential homebuilder land development experience

Proficient in developing municipal relationships

Has a general understanding of negotiating and contracting

Ability to learn various technologies utilized on the job

Excited to collaborate in a team environment

Exudes active listening, confidence, and respect when communicating with others

Preferred

A college degree in engineering, construction management or related field of study

General understanding of finance and risk management
