Scalable Systems is seeking a hands-on Lead Test Engineer to manage and drive all activities within their fully equipped Test House in Philadelphia. This role involves overseeing end-to-end testing operations for next-generation connectivity devices across various environments, requiring strong leadership and technical skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations within the Test House to ensure smooth and efficient test execution

Drive performance testing for Wi-Fi , including throughput, latency, range, and interoperability evaluation

Oversee testing activities across Fiber, DOCSIS, WAN, and LAN platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, lead project meetings, and deliver clear status updates through PowerPoint presentations

Work closely with test engineers to coordinate priorities, distribute workloads, and ensure timely completion of tasks

Perform hands-on manual testing and support automation-related activities when needed

Reproduce, investigate, and troubleshoot issues using Test House tools, network equipment, and diagnostic utilities

Ensure delivery of accurate test reports, documentation, and high-quality results within scheduled timelines
