Responsibilities
Design visually compelling assets for digital channels including OTT platform marketing, in-app banners, email campaigns, social media, presentations, and web graphics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, development) to translate creative briefs into high-impact digital visuals
Ensure consistency in design systems, typography, color, and brand guidelines across all deliverables
Stay informed on digital design trends, emerging tools, and best practices to elevate creative output
Manage multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail while meeting deadlines
Provide constructive feedback and participate in team design critiques to maintain a strong creative standard
Develop creative solutions and adapt to evolving project needs in a fast-paced environment
Utilize expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, responsive UI design, and email design
(Optional) Contribute light motion graphics work if experienced—nice to have but not required
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of digital design experience, ideally within streaming, entertainment, or consumer-facing digital environments
Advanced proficiency in Figma (required)
Strong visual design, layout, typography, and digital branding skills
Ability to execute both conceptual design and hands-on production tasks
Solid understanding of responsive UI design principles and email design
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Self-starter with a flexible, team-oriented approach and a willingness to “jump in” wherever needed
Preferred
Experience designing for OTT platforms or entertainment-related digital ecosystems a plus
Motion design experience is a plus but not mandatory
(Optional) Contribute light motion graphics work if experienced—nice to have but not required
