Responsibilities
Assist Directors and account team in day to day client servicing
Develop relationships alongside leaders with clients, team members and vendor partners
Assist Account Managers with client servicing tasks, including preparing benefits materials, renewal documents, and presentations
Assist with creating and updating benefits related guides for clients
Support the completion of client renewals, open enrollment activities, and vendor coordination
Conduct research on insurance carriers, plan options, and industry trends
Help maintain client files, data entry, and CRM updates to ensure accuracy and compliance
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and proposals for internal and external meetings
Participate in client calls or internal meetings as appropriate
Provide general administrative and project support to the benefits team
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be able to initiate and follow through with independent projects
Excellent communication (verbal and writing) and interpersonal skills
Cultivating relationship ability
Strong problem solving ability
Customer service oriented
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work up to 40 hours per week
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain professionalism
Preferred
Rising senior of a four-year university preferred
Interest in insurance, employee benefits, HR, or client service is preferred but not required
