Internal IT Sales Development Representative
Syncro is a remote-first B2B SaaS company focused on empowering businesses through its all-in-one PSA + RMM platform. They are seeking an Internal IT Sales Development Representative to create a pipeline with Internal IT teams at small and mid-sized businesses through multi-channel outreach and collaboration with sales leadership.

Qualification
Required
1–2 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS, ideally selling to technical or IT buyers
Proven success in outbound prospecting: cold calls, cold emails, and social selling
Comfortable working from a target account list and hitting activity + SQL goals
Strong written and verbal communication; you can be concise, clear, and punchy in outreach
Curious about technology and how IT teams work; you're comfortable talking about tools and workflows
Coachable, competitive, and willing to test new approaches and iterate quickly
Preferred
Experience prospecting into Internal IT teams or related personas (IT Ops, Help Desk, SysAdmin, etc.)
Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach/HubSpot, Gong/Jiminny, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc
Experience in a similar mid-market / commercial segment (200–1,500 employee companies)
