Responsibilities
Audit text and data produced for French-language AI training projects
Evaluate prompts, AI responses, and human edits for accuracy, tone, and factual integrity
Ensure consistency and linguistic precision across a variety of specialized content
Support a team of auditors to deliver high-quality work
Collaborate in recurring team meetings (2–4 per week) and provide feedback to improve processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Linguistics, Translation, Communications, or related field)
Native fluency in French
10+ years of experience leading and managing teams, including remote teams
One of the following: A postgraduate degree conducted in French, Professional experience in French translation, Professional experience in French writing or editing
Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in identifying errors or inconsistencies
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Preferred
Editing experience
Interest in AI and machine learning concepts
Native fluency in English or another language
