Responsibilities
Support, configure, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud features
Assist with case management, workflows, reports, and dashboards
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements
Help troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues and provide user support
Participate in enhancements, testing, and documentation
Support integrations or automation efforts as needed
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience working with Salesforce
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration (flows, reports, permissions)
Familiarity with ticketing, customer support, or service operations
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Service Cloud Consultant)
Experience with Flows, Omni-Channel, or CTI integrations
Experience working in agile or project-based environments
