Responsibilities

Guide our customers through the onboarding process from contract signing through core connection to implementation kickoff

Become a leading expert in all MANTL products and a trusted advisor to our clients as they prepare for their implementation

Address questions on functionality and guide clients to effectively complete pre-implementation requirements

Work with the customer to establish core connectivity, confirming implementation scope and timeline expectations

Gather sample data required by technical teams

Enroll customers in MANTL Foundations

Work with MANTL’s implementation partners to streamline external processes

Work closely with the Implementation, Sales, and Account Management teams to ensure successful completion of internal processes

Streamline the customer onboarding experience and ensure smooth transitions

Manage client-facing communication across mature organizations and interface with executives, project leads, operational teams, and seasoned IT professionals while acting as a customer advocate

Required

3-5 years in a client-facing role

Experience interfacing with customer-facing teams

Technical aptitude to learn quickly and rapidly build product knowledge

An understanding of VPNs, web applications (e.g. json, xml, etc), and web services API's (e.g. SOAP, REST, etc.)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internal and client-facing, with an ability to translate technical requirements into language that is understandable and digestible by different audiences
