Supporting the General Counsel and Director on Intellectual Property initiatives
Monitoring trademark filing deadlines, preparing electronic filings, and coordinating the signing and legalization of documents
Conducting searches on existing trademarks, analyzing search results, and presenting analyses
Updating firm intellectual property databases
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience within a law firm or in-house paralegal team; in-house luxury brand experience preferred
Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work within the deadlines provided
Detail-oriented approach, excellent organizational skills, and flexibility to keep up with changing priorities
Strong Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of U.S. trademark laws/USPTO procedures
Bachelor's degree
