Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business or related field plus
Minimum of 4 (four) years' experience in event/project management, program development, and/or employee belonging, growth & engagement activations; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven ability to lead multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
Adept at strategic project coordination and planning
Data-driven decision-making skills
Proficient in relationship management and cross-functional collaboration
Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, employees of organization, and diverse audiences
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Proficient with Company-provided hardware and software, including Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Background in sports, entertainment, or large-scale event management preferred
Experience building relationships with colleges, universities, and community organizations is a plus
Speaking and writing in Spanish are a plus, though not a requirement
Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project) preferred
