Process payroll tax-related tasks and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Collaborate with state agencies and work on tax notices and third-party authorizations
Manage multi-state tax experiences and filings efficiently
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting
Communicate effectively with team members and external vendors to ensure smooth operations
Maintain attention to detail throughout all payroll processes and documentation
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in payroll tax processing
Strong understanding of payroll taxes including federal, state, and FICA taxes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high volumes of work
Process payroll tax-related tasks and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Collaborate with state agencies and work on tax notices and third-party authorizations
Manage multi-state tax experiences and filings efficiently
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting
