Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients
Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Practice Leaders, Delivery, and Operations) to ensure the successful delivery of services proposals and achievement of business goals
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients and partners
Identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Negotiate and finalize business agreements
Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports for leadership
Stay informed about industry developments, customer behavior, and market dynamics
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, clients, and key decision-makers

Required

Expertise in Omni-channel commerce, retail systems, supply chain, DevOps, CloudOps, and/or Support Managed Services
Proactive, results-oriented professional
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
Ability to analyze market trends
Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Experience in developing and implementing effective sales and business development strategies
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Ability to prepare and present compelling sales proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations
Ability to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Experience in negotiating and finalizing business agreements
Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ability to maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports
