Responsibilities

Track, monitor, and report supplier progress to ensure all purchase order commitments are met on time, at the agreed quality level, and at the correct delivery location
Maintain visibility into upcoming milestones and proactively communicate risks, issues, or slippages to project stakeholders
Gather and review data that clearly outlines supplier expectations and performance measures
Support the development of alternative delivery plans, recovery actions, or schedule adjustments to maintain project momentum
Collaborate closely with internal teams and suppliers to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and drive alignment
Work under general supervision while applying established procedures, with increasing independence as your experience grows
When needed, provide task-level direction or review work completed by junior team members
Use project systems, tools, and processes with intermediate-level proficiency to organize and report supplier data
Communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively with suppliers and internal partners to support successful outcomes

Required

A university degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Typically 3+ years of experience in expediting, procurement, supply chain, project coordination, or an equivalent environment
The ability to evaluate supplier progress and identify practical solutions under guidance from senior staff
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle varied tasks within defined scopes and procedures
Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts and influence others as needed
A collaborative mindset and a willingness to build strong working relationships across teams and supplier networks
Comfort working in systems and tools with an intermediate understanding of procurement or project support platforms
A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and schedule support
